Executive Coaching

GLP limits the number of coaching clients it accepts each year in order to create the professional and focused approach essential to a successful coaching relationship. Most of our clients contract to work over the course of a year in order to:

  • Assess your strengths and areas for growth
  • Identify goals and strategic choices
  • Overcome roadblocks to success
  • Develop
    action plans and solicit feedback
  • Take action, reflect and learn

A typical individual coaching contract is generally for ten hours spread over the course of 8 to 12 months; each session is an hour long and involves preparation by both coach and client; it includes a follow-up summary to the client along with mutually agreed upon next steps. In addition, we provide more intensely focused executive coaching when a board chair or school or non-profit leader seeks guidance in the case of an immediate governance issue or significant and unanticipated challenge.
