Philosophy

We believe that executive and team coaching for leadership are among the most effective investments your organization can make in building the capacity you need to execute successfully. At GLP, executive coaching is an essential skill set in all that we do—and all of our coaches are trained at Columbia University. Two of us are also trained and certified administrators for the Kolb Learning and Neethling Brain assessments.
