Julia Dawson

SENIOR CONSULTANT

Julia Dawson joined GLP in the spring of 2025 as a Senior Consultant, where she plays a pivotal role in client management and project execution across a variety of engagements. She supports client research and data analysis to enable GLP to deliver best-in-class assessments and strategic recommendations.

Prior to GLP, Julia spent two years in management consulting at Accenture and Gate One Consulting. At Accenture, she was a core team member on the firm’s largest Financial Services Transformation project to date, where she led key client and stakeholder communications. Known for fostering strong relationships and driving cross-functional alignment, she also served as a Value Realization Analyst—tracking program-wide savings, modeling KPIs in Excel, and delivering scenario-based insights to inform strategic decisions. Her foundation in core consulting competencies—including value realization, executive reporting, and stakeholder engagement—equips her to bring fresh perspective and measurable impact to her work at GLP.

Beyond client delivery, Julia co-led the Women’s Initiative within Accenture’s Insurance Practice and co-authored the “Truly Human” Playbook, a leadership resource to support team management and work-life integration. Her passion for collaborative problem-solving and mission-driven work inspired her transition to GLP, where she focuses on clients in the education and nonprofit sectors.

A proud alumna of Sacred Heart Greenwich and The Taft School, Julia graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 2023 with a double major in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) and French and Francophone Studies.
